Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Solel TV Programming:

 

1. Rehearsal Time:

   - All on-air talent, crew members, and guests must arrive at least 20 minutes before the scheduled rehearsal time.

   - A minimum of 20 minutes of rehearsal time is mandatory for all live shows and pre-recorded segments.

   - During rehearsals, everyone should follow the director's instructions and be prepared for their respective roles.

 

2. Dress Code:

   - Wearing green clothing or accessories is strictly prohibited for on-air talent and guests due to potential green screen interference.

   - Appropriate attire should be worn, adhering to the show's dress code or theme, if applicable.

 

3. Conduct and Punctuality:

   - All individuals involved in the production must maintain professional and respectful behavior at all times.

   - Punctuality is crucial. Everyone should be present and ready at their designated call times.

   - Tardiness or disruptive behavior may result in disciplinary actions or removal from the production.

 

4. Content Submission and Integration:

   - All shows featuring content submissions (e.g., show segments, music videos, artwork, wedding stories) must include a prominent "I Donate" link to Solel TV's website (https://www.solelint.org/donate) and Solel TV powered by The Tre Network Logos.

   - Content submissions should be reviewed and approved by the production team before integration into the show.

 

5. Studio Audience:

   - Studio audience members must plan to stay for the entire duration of the segments they are invited to attend.

   - Audience members should follow the instructions provided by the production crew and refrain from disruptive behavior.

 

Policy for Solel TV Programming:

 

To ensure the successful operation of Solel TV Programming powered by Tre Network, the following policy is established:

 

1. Schedule Adherence:

   - All shows and segments must strictly adhere to the established programming schedule.

   - Any deviations or changes to the schedule must be approved by the programming director in advance.

 

2. Content Guidelines:

   - All content aired on Solel TV must be appropriate for a general audience and comply with broadcasting standards.

   - Offensive, explicit, or harmful content is strictly prohibited.

 

3. Talent and Guest Management:

   - All on-air talent and guests must sign a talent release form before appearing on the network.

   - Proper briefing and preparation should be provided to ensure a smooth production process.

 

4. Audience Engagement:

   - Audience engagement is encouraged through various means, such as social media interactions, polls, and live Q&A sessions.

   - Moderation and monitoring of audience interactions should be in place to maintain a respectful and inclusive environment.

 

5. Advertising and Sponsorships:

   - All advertising and sponsorship agreements must be reviewed and approved by the network's legal and compliance team.

   - Clear distinctions must be made between sponsored content and regular programming.

 

6. Intellectual Property and Copyright:

   - All content aired on Solel TV must comply with intellectual property and copyright laws.

   - Proper clearances and licenses must be obtained for any third-party materials used in the programming.

 

7. Safety and Security:

   - The safety and security of all individuals involved in the production process are of utmost importance.

   - Appropriate measures should be taken to ensure a safe working environment and adherence to applicable regulations.

 

Agreement for Solel TV Programming:

 

This agreement is made between Solel TV Programming powered by Tre Network (hereinafter referred to as "the Network") and [Insert Name or Organization] (hereinafter referred to as "the Participant").

Scope of Agreement:

The Participant agrees to participate in the Network's programming according to the established schedule and guidelines.

The Participant shall comply with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Policy set forth by the Network.

Intellectual Property:

The Network and the Participant shall jointly share intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights, associated with the programming and content produced.

The Participant grants the Network the right to use their name, likeness, and any provided materials for promotional and programming purposes.

Donation Link Display:

The Participant agrees to ensure that the "I Donate" link to Solel TV's website (https://www.solelint.org/donate) is prominently displayed on all streaming sites and materials related to the shows.

Confidentiality:

The Participant agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive or proprietary information related to the Network's operations and programming.

Termination:

Either party may terminate this agreement with [Insert notice period] written notice for any reason.

The Network reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately in cases of material breach or violations of the SOP or Policy.

Hold Harmless:

The Participant agrees to hold Solel TV, Solel International , Houston Media Source and Tre Network, their officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from or related to the Participant's participation in the programming, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or any other harm or loss.

Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas.

By signing the form on the Solel TV site, the Participant acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement on the Solel TV Page.
